RAY Flow model names

It‘s time to bring order and system into creative chaos! A look into my WordPress media folder makes it clear to me that the RAY luminaire family is growing and growing. I have now considered a system for the model designations, in the first step for the RAY Flow lights.

The RAY Flow luminaire model designations now contain the luminaire or application type, a running model number and the edge profile. The different colors are given additionally.

Although I remember that sometimes less is more (ie focus on one, two models), I now have a logic to keep track of the model name.

Luminaire or application type:

– P (pendant light, pendant light)

– C (ceiling light, ceiling light)

– W (wall light, wall light)

– F (floor lamp, floor or floor lamp)

– T (table lamp, table lamp)

Model Number:

Continuing with 01 beginning. Ie. 01, 02, 03 etc.

Edge shape:

– C (curved, curvy)

– P (polygon, (much) angular)

The RAY Flow P01 / C is therefore the Flow pendant lamp (pendant light), model no. 01 with curving (curved) edge course. Everything is fine so far?
